Bus: The cheapest way to travel to the Temple Bar Inn from the airport is by the number 16 bus. Get off on D Olier Street, (the stop after O Connell Street) which is only a few minutes away from the hotel. To get to the hotel from there you just cross at the traffic lights at the bottom of D Olier Street which will lead you onto a lane way called Fleet Street. Walk through Fleet Street onto Westmoreland Street cross at the traffic lights and turn right, then take the first turn left and we are right beside the Tesco Express opposite T.G.I Fridays. The bus takes approximately 40 minutes and costs 2.65. You will need coins, notes are not accepted. By Airlink direct bus: The Airlink bus no.747 is the fastest mode of transport to our hotel, only stopping at designated Airlink stops. The nearest stop is stop 8 on D Olier Street. You can buy tickets from the bus driver. The prices are as follows: adults: 6.00 return: 10.00, child 3.00 return: 5.00 By Express AirCoach Bus: This bus is available at all times during the day between the airport and Dublin City. The AirCoach stops at Trinity College, so to get to our hotel you have to go back past the gates of Trinity and cross the road to be outside the old bank of Ireland (the G.P.O) follow the road up onto Westmoreland street and take the first left and our hotel is on your left next door to the Tesco Express. Tickets can be bought from an AirCoach representative or from the bus driver. The cost of the journey is between 7 one way and 14 return. By Taxi: A taxi from Dublin Airport to the hotel can take anything from 40 minutes to an hour depending on the time of day. It can cost anything from 20 - 40 also depending on the traffic. The tram (Luas): Get on the Luas (tram) at Heuston station and go to Abbey Street Luas stop, walk back to find O Connell Street and walk towards O Connell Bridge. Ahead of you will be two streets take the street slightly to the right which will be Westmoreland Street.
